Return Policy
Return your item within 7 days if you’re not completely satisfied.
To return an item:
- Contact Seating Auction customer service department by e-mail to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
- Mark the box clearly with Return Authorization Number.
- Ship the item back via UPS or USPS to the address given to you by our representative.
Seating Auction is not responsible for returns that are lost or misdirected in shipping. We can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse after inspection.
